The holiday season is such a wonderful time of year!! Fun family gatherings, cuddling up to your favorite book by the fire, breathing in all the child-like excitement in the air, shopping around for the perfect gift, watching each individual snowflake fall outside your window, looking through old family-favorite holiday recipes… It really is a delightful time and one that should be savored! … but did you also know that every year, the average American gains between one and five pounds over the holidays? This may not seem like a lot, but sadly, few people lose this weight, they just add to it every year! To help support each other, we are all invited to join the 14th annual Eat Smart, Move More, Maintain, Don’t Gain! Holiday Challenge. Rather than focusing on trying to lose weight, this FREE seven-week challenge provides you with strategies and resources to help maintain your weight throughout the holiday season.
