Ordering

Organizations can order Faithful Families’ Eating Smart and Moving More Lessons, which includes nine sessions on healthy eating and physical activity strategies, including nutrition, meal preparation and cooking, food safety, and increasing daily physical activity. You can also order additional Chronic Disease Lessons, which focus on reducing risk of four chronic conditions. Through group discussions, recipe taste tests, and activities, individuals and families are encouraged to set goals to lead healthier lives. The curriculum also prompts discussions about changes that can be made in their organization and local community. Check out the tools and resources we offer for supporting these kinds of changes.

Organizations outside of North Carolina can order the curriculum. We also offer an online training to help you understand how the program works and how to best implement it.

Ordering the Curriculum

To learn more about these materials, visit the direct education page on our website. You can purchase curricula and materials at this link.  At this time, we can only accept credit card payments via the e-store for curriculum.  Please be in touch if that is a problem.

Online Training

We also offer a fully online Faithful Families National Training. Here is the information about pricing and the course modules. You can register for the course here through our REPORTER registration system. You will be prompted to create a guest user account, which will be the account you will use to access the online course content once your registration fees have been paid. You will have the opportunity to pay via credit card using the REPORTER system or to choose to pay later via check. Detailed instructions about the pay later options are outlined in the registration system and will be sent to you via email when you complete your registration. Questions about REPORTER? Please contact Kim Eshleman (keshlem@ncsu.edu).
